New England Real Estate Photography

My journey in real estate photography began over 30 years ago, shooting listings for my mother’s real estate company on film at just fifteen years old. What started as a family endeavor became a lifelong craft — one that took me from the mainland to Hawaii, where I held a real estate license and photographed listings across the islands.

That dual perspective — understanding a property both as a licensed agent and as a photographer — shaped how I approach every shoot. I know what sells a home because I’ve been on both sides of the transaction.

Today I’m based in Massachusetts, where my primary career is in preclinical surgical research. But photography has never left my hands. I bring three decades of experience and a serious equipment philosophy to every assignment: medium format digital cameras, premium glass, and aerial drone coverage that captures a property’s full presence and context.

I’m currently building a fresh portfolio of local work, so if you’re a realtor or homeowner looking for elevated listing photography, I’d love to collaborate — and introductory pricing reflects that. What you’ll get is far from entry-level; what I’m offering is a chance to work together as I establish my portfolio in the area.

Let’s make your listing stand out.

Real Estate Photography Packages

Kenneth Paul Photography brings over 30 years of real estate photography experience and medium format digital imaging to every listing. While most real estate photographers shoot on standard full-frame cameras, we use Fujifilm GFX medium format systems — delivering richer detail, superior dynamic range, and a look that immediately sets your listing apart.

Currently offering introductory rates as we build our local portfolio. Same experience, same premium equipment — just a limited-time opportunity to work together at a reduced investment.

Why Medium Format?

Most real estate photographers use the same full-frame cameras and ultra-wide lenses. The results are competent — but they all look the same. Our Fujifilm GFX medium format system captures a larger image with finer detail, smoother tonal transitions, and more natural perspective. The difference is visible the moment a buyer clicks on your listing. Check out my other website: MediumFormatPhotography.com
